was Immortal
It
has been known to everybody that Ashwatthaamaa was immortal, then why it
has been shown at several places in Mahaabhaarat that ether somebody
wanted to kill him, or he himself thought that his Time had come. [see
Sauptikaa, 12-13] (6 War,
43battle188) Here Ashwatthaamaa himself thinks that his Time had
come so he used Brahm Astra.
