Coluzzle
Creating layers, (the actual cutting out and gluing in place) and frames are 2 of the most obvious ways to use your Coluzzles.

However do not limit yourself to this.
You can also create the illusion of layering by creating frames within frames often from the same card stock.
Another way is to cut shapes and use them for templates. Try using the templates by stippling around shapes and images. Works wonderfully when combining different sizes of the same shape.
I have also used the template in dry embossing. Cut a template of the size required in thick card and use this to emboss around. A light box is helpful.
It is great to combine two or more of the techniques.
Keep exploring and experimenting with your Coluzzles and be sure to let me see some of your marvellous creations.
You could also try nesting your layers and frames off centre for a different look
You can cut alternate layers to create a honeycomb effect. A friend used the Coluzzle circle to create a beehive by clever cutting and gluing it down onto a base and tying a string to the centre top of the Coluzzles circle. The base drops when hanging by the string.
Hint:
Keep swivel knife up at a 90 degree angle whilst cutting else knife will cut into template. If you do happen to slip and nick the template, try sanding down the nick with sanding paper even an emery board works well.
