| A adventure comedy of well-known legendary characters like the monkey king, Sun Wu Kong (Jimmy), Ne Zha (Shi Xiao Long) and Piggy (Hao Shao Wen). Ne Zha is a righteous and highly-skilled in martial arts, however, dislikes studying which his father wants him to excel in. One day, he met Piggy who is lazy, greedy and lustful. Ne Zha then decided to secretly leave home for a while and followed Piggy to have fun. Sun Wu Kong is a monkey god born from a rock and was told to look for the dragon king to claim back their family treasure - The golden Pole. After claiming back the golden pole, he met Ne Zha and Piggy and helped them save a princess who was trying to run away from a forced marriage. In the process, a passing-by scholar saw the situation also tried to save her, however, was seriously injured. To save his life, Sun Wu Kong and Ne Zha went to look for a rare herb and faced several obstacles........ BACK |
