| A hilarious period comedy. Big and Little Dagger, Han Chong and Han Lin (Tony Leung and Jimmy) are uncle and nephew and they are professional killers who are paid to kill and their business opponent are Big and Little Flirt (Zhang Min and Gloria Yip - character name is Fon-ling). Big Flirt and Han Chong are always at loggerheads while Han Lin and Fon-ling are attracted to each other. One day, Big and Little Dagger were given a task to capture Nine-tailed fox(Jacky Cheung) who lives in a cave with his wife, Flying Cat(Maggie Cheung). Big and Little Flirt received news of this money-making business and decide to strike before Big and Little Dagger do by diverting their attention. They were informed that Big and Little Flirts were in trouble and Han Lin was hoping that Han Chong would help them, but it turned out to be a fraud and they were entangled in a fight with a group of weird brothers. They managed to kill them all except one who lives up to his name, Yong Yuan Bu Si meaning Never Die. No matter how they stab or punch, it does no effect to him. They were almost at their wits end until Never Die caught Han Chong's butt and Han Lin chopped it, then are they able to escape, but Never Die is enraged and chased after them to get his hand back. The severed hand is similar to the hand in Adam's Family and just wouldn't let go of Han Chong's butt. Flying Cat left Nine-tailed fox as usual after a tiff and Big and Little Flirt arrived but capturing him proves to be a difficult task and they were captured by him instead. While Han Chong and Han Lin were running away from Never Die, they found the hide-out of Nine-tailed fox. When they wanted to seek refuge, they found Big and Little Flirts tied up. But Never Die was already at the doorstep and they didn't managed to save them for they were busy fending for themselves. When Never Die's attention was diverted to Fon-ling, Han Lin tried to stop him but Never Die was too strong for him and both Fon-ling and Han Lin were now at his mercy. Since they were going to die, they expressed their true feelings for each other but Never Die couldn't stand it. Everyone then realised the weakness of Never Die, he can't stand mushy words. So to overcome him, Han Chong and Big Flirt said all the gross and mushy phrases and actions with the help from Nine-tail fox and finally got rid of him. Though they were grateful to Nine-tailed fox but they remembered their task and captured him. Flying Cat returned back and found her husband missing, later realising that he was in trouble and went to save him. When they were told to hand him over at an inn, they realised that things are getting very fishy....... BACK |
