 Thursday April 10 2008 Welcome to my new personalized corner of the fiber-optic jungle. I'm Amber Mackey. I recruited Jason Kim Scott Hauck of Surrey B.C. Canada to build my first website for me. (He goes by the screen-name "Jaybird32" at 'The-Pork.Com' & I go by the nickname "LonelyGirl30".) I asked him to include a few YouTube videos as I'm an avid fan of Country & some icons, and other silly things as time and access to the internet permits. He's begun a fan fiction story with me as the ship's Captain as a way of letting me know he's always got me on his mind & I've asked him to write himself into the story as the Captain's Boyfriend. (Let's just say that someone's going to have to mop down the holodeck after we're done.) [The Pork] [E-mail Me Here @ Yahoo Instant Messenger] What's Going On With Me: I'm in college, (though I'm not horribly concerned about my major at this point.) I love chatting online (either in 'The Pork' or by MSN/Yahoo Instant Messenger with my guy Jason,) as my parents are (understandably) over-protective of me in real life. It's frustrating to say the least. I wish it didn't limit my opportunities to get out there & put my best foot forward like everyone else on Friday or Saturday Night, but it does. *sighs* If you want details about why my folks are so over-protective of me, I'll have to e-mail Jason. (To get him to copy-and-paste a lengthy explanation about my disabilities on my website.) Perhaps later, I'll get him to post some links to American & Canadian support services for people in situations like mine. For now, let's just go with what I've set-up here already.
