Welcome to the USS Palladian

Hello, and welcome to the USS Palladian, a Defiant class ship proudly owned by Starfleet Academy. The Academy has comissioned this ship specifically for use in training missions, and as a result has a crew based very heavily on cadets and ensigns. The trainees are placed into high rank positions such as Commanding Officer, and Cheif Engineer, in the hopes that they will gain crucial in-the-field experience and knowledge of general shipboard operations. The Defiant class vessel was specifically chosen for its small size, excellent maneuvering and simple design, thus making it perfect to train new recruits fresh out of the acadmy with no starship experience whatsoever.

The ship is commanded by Acting Commander Xuan Li, a recent Academy graduate. His command experience is limited, and will be put to the test by the academy. Not only will the Commander be put to the test, but the entire crew.
