As you can imagine, not only is Paul Williams my favorite singer, the Temptations are also my favorite group.

These young men set the trends for singing, dancing and style.
They defined Temptation!

There isn't a male vocal group that followed them,
that does not incorporate a component
of their legend into their own acts.

The overall showmanship of Paul, the finesse of Eddie,
the consistency of Otis, the thunder of Melvin,
the excitement of David and the dynamite of Dennis;
a little bit of each of these gentleman is ever present.

Their sound matured as I did; testing and trying many genres within a ten year period. And through it all, just as smooth, suave, poised and masterful as they'd ever been. 

And always, loyal and driven by their fans. 

Their music and legacy
truly lives on past their peak and pinnacle,
as the once, most successful American male group.
