the night kicked off with a traditional malay performance by wati and a couple of her friends. a fashion parade proceeding after that, modelled by the then ams committee members. strange love sponsored the girls' attires, while roger david sponsored the guys'. makeup was done by michelle quan. later into the night, there was piano music being played, as well as solo performances by didi. prizes were given out, as usual. namely, a return ticket to kuala lumpur sponsored by mas, as well as a gucci watch. it was a splendid night, and everyone enjoyed themselves.
