*All items and goods are for sale in Australia and New Zealand regions. International customers please contact us first before purchase.
*Unfortunately, due to lack of  shipping routes and information, we are unable to post any items to Nigeria and Indonesia.
*All items have been inspected to be in good condition and numbered.
*Postage delivery is by Australia Post unless buyer request Courier (Extra Costs).
*We are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Duties in event of International Shipping.

Delivery only with registered post as tracking numbers are required for item purchased with PayPal.

NETBANKING/DIRECT DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS
*For Netbanking transfers, please use ebay user id as reference.
*Please allow 1-2 working days for Netbanking transfers to process if you are not with ANZ Bank.

If you should need your items urgently, please send me a screenshot of your processed payments or fax to my email, I might consider
sending the item earlier…no guarantee.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND DELIVERY
*Item is posted on the day your payment is cleared or on the next business day (in the case of PayPal payment on weekends)
* Item will not be shipped unless the payment is clear in our accounts.
*Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
*We are not responsible against lost in transit if you use regular post. We do strongly recommend you to use Registered Post where it requires the receiver to sign for the delivery. Registered Post comes with insurance of $100 of the item value.

RETURN POLICIES
This sale is final once the goods are sent. Refunds or Exchanges are only accepted if products are faulty and returned within 5 working/business days of
 items received including the original packaging. An Administration Fee of AUD $25.00 will be charged if the product is found not faulty. Under no circumstances will postage and shipping fees will be refunded. Damaged goods caused by misuse, improper installation or improper handling will not be accepted. 
Customers are responsible for all freight and transportation charges. OZ-Digital reserves the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges.

WARRANTY
Warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with the product. Most of purchased part has 1-year
return to base warranty unless specified otherwise
