November 1998. This appears to be an updated version compared to

posted to net.sources, but with the version number unchanged.

(Sorry about the .bin suffix. The Yahoo! GeoCities technicians evidently
think that a file with a .Z extension poses some sort of security risk,
so in order to get the uploads accepted I had to either rename the files
or recompress them with a different compression program, and I didn't want
to mess with the files themselves. Just download and rename them back.)
