This season, the team won three of four tournaments entered, and took the gold medal at the British Columbia Championships with a perfect 6 - 0 record. As a late entry into the Canada Cup, the Renegades were privileged to play national teams from Japan, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Italy and the United States of America. The highlight of the Canada Cup for the Renegades, was a 1 - 0 victory over the Team Canada. The Renegades are proud to represent the province of British Columbia at the 2001 Midget Nationals in Lashburn.
