• The point of kingdoms is to get interest from the treasury. This is the best and fastest way to make gold.

• KD is short for kingdom.

• A group of kingdoms is called a plex.

• Before you start to build kingdoms, you should realize the cost that it will take. Depending on how many you want to build, and how you want to build them, you can estimate the cost to do so.

• When starting a plex, scout the area and try to build away from bigger people so that when they expand you won’t be in their way.

• You can find old abandoned KD’s that have some forts/food already bought so you can save some gold.

• You only really need 50% moral because any higher gives no bonus, and players can Bribe your serfs to lower it to 50%.

• Food is important. If you run out of food, your population starves and you lose 1% moral per hour (up to a maximum of 24 hours). Also food gives  defense against an attack.

- If your KD has more food than an attacker’s KD does, the attacker does 20% less damage.
- If your KD has less food than an attacker’s KD, you will receive 20% more damage.
- If both KD’s have equal food, there is no bonus or penalty.
• Runes, forts, and army are all very important. Only missing one of these will make your KD much weaker.

• Be sure to have at least 1 rune in all of your built KD’s. One rune adds 10x defense.

• Having a high Kingmanship skill will give you a higher interest for your treasury so you gain more gold. Kingmanship will also increase your forts/armies/food every hour that someone walks through your KD.

• More advanced players with more gold to start with often build walls. Walls are essentially stronger kingdoms around the outside of your plex to protect weaker KD's inside.

• You need to make sure that no one can besiege your kingdom. You will know if this is possible by a simple rule: All of your kingdoms should touch at least 2 other of your kingdoms. If they only touch 1 or none, then your kingdom can easily be besieged.


 Steps to starting a 2x2 plex with only 50 bil.
1. Find an area of 4 kingdoms with Nobody as the king in a 2x2 grid.
2. Settle them.
3. Buy 50% moral (50 mil per kd). (200m total)
4. Buy 500 mil food in each kingdom. (2b total)
5. Buy 1 bil armies in all of the kingdoms.. (16b total)
6. Buy 250 mil forts in all of the kingdoms.. (12b total)
7. Buy 2 runes in all of the kingdoms (8b total)
8. Deposit 1.8b treasury in all of the kingdoms. (7.2b total)
Total cost: 45.4 bil

You can now run it every hour to increase the food/army/forts. Also every 24 hours you can embezzle from the treasury and make gold to build them up more or start new kingdoms. You can look up approximately how much interest you can embezzle here. Note that you can also vary the amounts used for building, this is just an example to guide you.
