Have you seen these cars lately?
Cars around and about
This is me standing next to a Citreon, a French-made car.
Mark standing next to his car.  We call it the hooptie, his "get you there" car.  It is an Ibiza SEAT.  We found this place while driving up in the mountains around Heidelberg.
Rebecca (me) standing next to a SMART car.  There is no other name for it besides that, I am quite sure.  But they are so cute!  Does it remind you of those Yugo's that used to be around?  This is supposed to be a basic, yet efficient car.
This is Silas standing next to a car that was parked on the base where Mark works, Campbell Barracks.  It is called a Mini, I think.
This is an example of the taxis that are here in Germany and Austria.  They are all Mercedes.
If you visited my "Trip to Poland" site, then you have already seen this picture.  Again, I don't know what this one is called, but it seemed that a majority of the  Polish people were driving them.
Here is Mark again.  We saw this Volkswagon Thing in a parking lot on our way back from volksmarching.  Our neighbors in Clayton, NY had an old one in their garage that they were restoring.  It is nice to see what the end result of the restoration COULD be.
And last, but not least...a Flintstone's car!  Ya-ba-da-ba-doo!
This is Silas and Cera peddling a two-seater bicycle that we rented while on vacation in Chiemsee, Germany.
One person steers, peddles and controls the brake, while the other person just peddles.  While not exactly a car, I thought it fit well on this page because it is a mode of transportation, and unusual at that.
