BUYER & SELLER AGREEMENT

Within three (3) days of purchase, the Buyer has the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed  veterinarian (at Buyer's expense).  If the veterinarian finds the puppy in ill health, cause of which is attributed to the Seller, the Seller must be notified immediately. The Seller then has the right to have the puppy  re-examined by Seller's veterinarian to verify these findings (at the Seller's expense). If verification is  obtained, the Seller will replace the puppy (equal value when available) or will give a cash refund.

Seller guaranties against genetic defects for 12 months after birth. If congenital abnormalities are found the Seller must be notified immediately. The Seller then has the right to have the puppy re-examined by Seller's veterinarian to verify findings (at Seller's expense). Seller is not responsible for: 1) contagious diseases, 2) any condition that is minor or easily corrected , or 3) any condition that it will more than likely out-grow.  _______ (initial)

Adjustment Period The puppy will need approximately 2 weeks to adjust to its new home, people, change of food, etc. It is not abnormal for the puppy to experience some vomiting and diarrhea. ________ (initial)

Health - All puppies sold will be up-to-date on vaccinations and de-worming at the time of sale. The Buyer is expected to continue the vaccinations as prescribed by their vet. A health  record is provided with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper  veterinary care. All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase and a copy of  that examination must be sent to Seller within two weeks of purchase date for any guarantee to be valid. Seller guarantees against genetic defects for 12 months after birth.

Purchaser Agreement: The purchaser of this animal agrees not to place or abandon this animal to a Shelter or Rescue. If this situation should arise, Buyer agrees to return the puppy to the Seller (no fee). The puppy is not to be purchased for resale purposes. If it is necessary for this puppy to change ownership, the Buyer agrees to first offer to sell the dog back to the Seller. ______ (initial) 

This puppy is sold with Full AKC Registration. This entitles the Buyer to breed and/or show and is not required to spay/neuter the puppy. ______ (initial)

This puppy is sold with Limited AKC Registration. The Buyer is required to spay/neutered the puppy by six (6) months of age. This puppy may not be use for  breeding purposes. The Buyer is required to send a copy of the certificate of  spay/neuter to the Seller. ______ (initial)
