When building an HTML page you can define the colors either by name or by their RGB (red green blue) value.       Colors can be used for backgrounds or text on an HTML page.      

When using the RGB values, you can use the letters A-F and the numbers 0-9 in any combination.       You can play around with the values to find the colors you like best.       Some examples of RGB colors:
