"Before you know where you are going, you must first know where you have been."

Welcome. School will be starting soon, so I'm rushing to update and add as much as I can. To make it easier for you to find what you need, I'm breaking the family information up into separate pages. The King page will stay the same but the Boutilier page will have many sections due to the background information available and volume of pictures. Visit the Boutilier page to see the most recent updates- at the bottom is a link to documents I've scaned from the Archives in Halifax, a photograph of playing cards used in 1752 in the Lunenburg town lot lottery and a map I made showing the Lunenburg town lot divisions. Also, see some great links there to info on Montbeliard, the Boutiliers and the Foreign Protestants!

Next are pages of family tree info regarding the King, Boutilier,, and McGonigle families (Beginning with Margaret Clair Boutilier) as far back as is known at the present moment.(The photo above is of Boutilier's Point, Nova Scotia)
Also, please excuse the confusion here. There is a lot of information which needs to be catalogued and this will no doubt, take a while.
