Denise Goes HIgh Fashion

By Thomas

Ellen ran into Denise in the mall parking lot. She was going to browse the book store and asked Denise what she was shopping for. Denise told her she'd just read about the hottest fashion look in a magazine and she was going to put an outfit together just like they described. Ellen wanted to know what the look was, and Denise told her it was combining worn, scruffy high heels with new crisp jeans, chinos, or leather pants. She was heading into the mall to put together an outfit that fit this description.

Ellen was getting excited about this. This looked like she could put together a fashionable outfit from what she already had. She asked for more details. Denise said that the whole idea was to dress down the dressy shoes by wearing them very worn. That brought their dress level down. By pairing the shoes with casual dress like denims and khakis, the combination worked. It was best if the denims, khakis, or leathers were very new, pressed, crisp and thus at their dressiest. What you wore with the shoes wasn't that important, but it had to be casual at its neatest. Denise was going to wear her brand new pair of Wrangler jeans with a white long sleeve cotton shirt.

Ellen said she had a slim, knee length shirt dress in black denim that was slit up the side and decorated with bright copper rivets and gold stitching. She asked about the hosiery. Denise said you could wear nylons, tights, or go without if your legs were tanned and smooth. She was planning on wearing dressy white trouser socks with her outfit. Ellen asked if Denise had any pairs of worn heels. Denise said she didn't, but was planning on buying a pair at the thrift shop. But, they didn't have any that were scuffed and worn in her size. So, she was going to see if she could find any new shoes on sale in the mall. She could easily scuff them up and make them look worn with no trouble at all.

Ellen felt a tiny thrill run through her at the thought of roughing up a pair of brand new shoes. It brought back a memory of a date she had in college. They had gone to a restaurant at the beach and she'd worn a nice dress with nylons and heels. The shoes were brand new navy leather calfskin pumps with a little leather bow at the throat with a gold buckle in the center of the bow. The heels were stacked leather about 2-inches high, slim and dressy. She'd had a couple of drinks and when her date suggested they walk down the beach after dinner, she readily agreed with no thought to her pumps.

The romantic walk on the beach turned into a game of "catch me if you can" where she tried to outrun him and he did his best to catch her. Of course he always caught her, even when she demanded a 30 second head start. Some of the sand was loose and soft, some hard packed. She could feel the heels sinking in and the sand getting inside, but she didn't pay any attention; she was focused on young romance and the fun and exhilaration.

She slipped in the loose sand and rolled on the beach. He caught up and grabbed her hands and pulled her toward the surf. She fought and giggled, dug her heels into the sand to resist the relentless slide to the water's edge. One shoe came off and she squealed "I lost my shoe, no fair; I have to get my shoe." He let go, walked to her shoe and picked it up. She expected him to slip it on her foot gallantly, but instead he tossed it further toward the water and grabbed her ankles and pulled her around toward the water. Now her dress rode up until she was sliding on her panties, getting them filled with sand. He shoe was lost somewhere in the dark and she was going to get soaked.

Ellen was dragging her hands in the sand to resist and felt the shoe against her. She grabbed the shoe and used it to dig in the sand to get a better grip. No use, she now heard him sloshing in the surf and finally felt it wetting her butt as he took her right to the edge of the waves. He dropped her feet and picked her up and they began making out, her standing in the surf with one shoe on. The waves were breaking over their ankles, soaking their shoes. She still held the one she'd drug through the sand, but dropped it when things got hot.

When things cooled down she looked for her shoe and could not see it in the dark water. They waded hand in hand through the surf searching and finally found her shoe floundering in the breakers. He now started a game of keep-a-way. He kicked her shoe back up the beach and they both made a dash for it. He let her get to the shoe first and when she tried to slip her foot inside he stepped on it and crushed the toe of the shoe flat so she couldn't get it on. She fought to pull the shoe out from under his foot, twisting it back and forth and side to side, to no avail.

Between the two of them that shoe got crushed and ground in the sand and broken sea shells on the beach as she tried to wrestle it back and he tried to get it free so he could kick it further up the beach. This went on for a while and he managed to kick the shoe up into the loose sand, she ended up getting tackled, and they wrestled in the sand. Both shoes coming out the losers. She finally managed to get the wayward pump slipped back on.

At one point he grabbed her hands as she was kneeling in the sand and started pulling her back to the water. She was face down and her toes were plowing through the sand as she pleaded for him to stop. He was only teasing this time, and they resumed their walk down the beach hand in hand. Later, when she'd looked at her shoes the sand and shells had scuffed the bright shiny navy leather off the toes, back, and a lot of the sides. The leather was crushed, wrinkled, and torn. A lot of the leather covering for the stacked heels was torn loose or missing.

Now she remembered she'd worn those same shoes for the next several days whenever she walked along the beach with him, wearing cutoff jeans or blue jeans because she didn't want him to mess up her sneakers or sandals. Sure enough, he had drug her into the water a couple of times, stole one or both shoes for keep-a-way, the shoes getting soaked again and roughed up. She didn't think they ever had a chance to dry out those several days.

Thinking about that now brought an intense thrill through her as she imagined what her new shoes went through and what it must have looked like to see it. Too bad she hadn't kept those shoes, they sounded just like what Denise described for this fashion style.

Ellen returned to the present when they came to a very upscale shoe store and went inside to see what was on sale. Ellen looked at the styles but had made up her mind to see what the Talbot's store had before she bought any shoes. Denise found a pair of burgundy heels that she fell in love with. They had a strap and buckle across the top of the foot, like a Mary Jane shoe. But these were cut very low and sexy down the sides. They had high stacked wedge heels that were very slim and tapered when viewed from the back.

As Denise was trying them on, Ellen noticed that the strap was low on the foot, not an ankle strap. This would make it possible to pull the shoe off Denise's foot without unbuckling it first, with a little twisting and worming. That thrill shot through her as she visualized pulling these elegant shoes off Denise's feet like that boy did to her navy heels at the beach, with Denise clinching her toes to keep the shoes from slipping off. Ellen knew that they would have to get together soon to create those "worn" shoes that this fashion look demanded. This was going to be exciting.

After looking in several stores they ended up at a Talbot's store. As expected there was a sale going on. Ellen was looking for that special shoe that would look great with her black denim dress, both as new, shiny leather and as worn: ala the latest fashion. She almost got a pair of black leather pumps with 2-1/2 inch stacked heels but decided to go very tailored. She selected a pair of black calf high heel loafers. These had a gold metal bit across the front and 2-1/2 inch stacked leather heels. They were leather lined with leather soles. Very tailored and elegant, meant for serious business suits. New, they would look tough chick with her denim dress. Worn, they should be perfectly suited to the look Denise described. She bought a pair.

The two decided to meet the next morning, Saturday, at a riverside park. Denise said she remembered some rock walls along the river bank, lots of sand, and a set of swings. Ellen felt a little thrill at the thought of Denise's feet swinging through the air within reach. She also thought about dragging the toes and heels of brand new shoes through the dirt below the swing. This was going to be more than just fun!

Ellen didn't want to mess up her denim dress, so she wore a short button front denim skirt with a black leather belt and white long sleeve shirt. She wore the new shoes with ivory tights, feeling that would look good with new shiny shoes and with them after they'd both had a session making them "fashionable". Denise wore a pair of worn faded stonewashed denim jeans with her new heels, with knee high gray trouser socks and a gray knit top. She also wanted to be prepared for "dirty work".

Ellen brought a picnic basket of sandwiches, but both women were excited and they got to the park early. Only a couple of people and kids were there. Leaving the lunch in the car, they explored the park talking about the opportunities for their shoes. Denise wanted to climb on the large boulders around the river bend to start with. Ellen was mesmerized watching Denise climb onto the rough rocks in her new shoes. She followed. They decided to first let things happen naturally, and it did from the start. Denise had a small rock move under her foot making her step into a crevice. The new shoe was now scraped on the sides and the back. Ellen saw a gouge into the leather covering the back of the heel.

When they reached the top of the rock pile they both sat on the top and pulled their feet up under them, exactly as they'd do wearing sneakers. Ellen felt her shoes scrap as she slid them up under her, sitting Indian fashion. She heard Denise's do the same thing. She slid her feet out in front and stretched her legs out, looking at her shoes. The leather had small perforations outlining the leather loafer lip throat, the cross strap (under the metal chain bit), and the sides of the back strap coming up the back of the shoe. Rock dust and sand covered the leather, and several pronounced scrapes were visible. She didn't protect the backs as she wiggled the shoes back and forth, resting the backs on the rock.

Denise did the same. They commented on her scuffs too, which were more around the toes and wedge heels. Denise giggled as she rubbed the back of the heels into the rock, doing more damage. Ellen reached her foot over to Denise's and playfully scraped the bottom of her sole all over Denise's toe. Denise did the same to Ellen, managing to scrap the whole top of Ellen's high heel loafer from the toe to the lip throat and the metal ornament. Ellen put the toes of her shoes against Denise's right shoe, one on either side with the soles just above the top of her shoe. She started pulling against the back of the shoe to pull it off Denise's foot. Denise giggled and said "Silly, you can't pull a shoe off that's buckled on like these."

Ellen pushed a little harder and felt the shoe slip a tiny bit. The thrill coursed through her and she shoved with both feet. She was rewarded with Denise's shoe slipping off her heel and dangling precariously on her toes. With a yelp of victory she kicked the loose shoe clear and it tumbled down the rocks to the river edge. Ellen was thrilled to hear the shoe's sounds as it scraped and banged on the rocks, finally hitting the edge of the river with a soft, wet "plop".

Denise was shocked; she didn't think Ellen could get the shoe off. They looked at each other, smiled in challenge, and both went after the shoe together. Ellen had plans on roughing the shoe up, maybe even getting it in the wet mud along the river's edge.

Ellen got to the shoe first. Since she didn't have the handicap of only one high heel. She reached back and pulled her shoe off and stepped into the high heel. Her weight squished the shoe into the soft, wet mud on the bank. Her other shoe also got muddy, as she stepped off the rocks to the bank. Denise showed up and said "Oh no, you're getting my new shoe wet! That's not fair." Ellen tossed the shoe she pulled off to Denise and told her to wear it so they'd both have one of each other's shoes.

Ellen walked a short ways down the river bank getting the already scraped and scuffed leather shoes wetter and muddy. She didn't go far enough into the water to flood the shoes, but she felt the wet soaking through the leather wetting her tights. Denise followed her along. They climbed back up the rocks for more scraping. Ellen led Denise to a little park area where there were swings, a sliding board, and a jungle-gym. She first headed to the swings and started swinging, digging the high heels into the dirt to get going. Denise joined her. They got up a good swing then drug their toes in the dirt to slow down. Then sped up again and repeated this several times.

Ellen started dragging the heels of her shoes in the dirt as her swing returned back each time. She felt a thrill as the stacked leather high heels were drug through the dirt and she imagined how they looked. The dirt under the swings had a lot of gravel in it. She felt the dirt pulling against her shoe each time she did this. She could feel the high heel loafer pulling slightly off her foot. She pressed the heels in harder until, finally, she felt the loafer pull completely off her foot. The shoe was now loosely on her foot, and the next time her foot touched the ground it came off. She tried to slip it back on with each return swing but succeeded only in dragging the shoe sideways, upside down, backwards, every-which-way through the dirt without getting it back on.

Denise was watching and she was doing the same thing. Of course, she lost the high heel loafer first too. Both women now concentrated on the mary janes, which was harder because the leather strap held it tighter. Ellen pressed as hard as she could after swinging higher for more speed and finally felt the shoe pull off. The strap held it better than the loafer, so it stayed on longer giving her more time to drag it through the dirt. Denise's Mary Jane was the last to pull off in the dirt.

A woman in the park was watching this and decided to join in the fun. She was wearing khaki slacks, a white long sleeve shirt, and Aigner calfskin penny loafers. Her shoes were in Aigner's famous burgundy color. Her hose was tan trouser socks in light tan color with a diamond pattern. She seemed fascinated with Ellen and Denise working to scuff and damage their shoes. Soon Denise reached over and managed to hook her Mary Jane shoe from under Ellen. Now she was working on three shoes. Ellen tried to reach her loafer that Denise was tormenting, but didn't manage. The new woman sneaked up behind them, waited for the right opportunity, and kicked the two high heel loafers out from under the two women. She pulled off her flat loafers and slipped on Ellen's. By the time Ellen and Denise spotted her and figured what had happened, the woman had run off toward a small fountain in the park, gleefully scraping the toes of the scuffed heels in the dirt.

The woman ran to the fountain and sat on the edge and looked at Ellen and Denise heading her way. She quietly dipped the heel of one shoe, then the other into the water, being careful not to flood them. It looked to Ellen that she didn't really want to get her socks wet. Ellen noticed the shiny burgundy leather loafers neatly set on the wall beside her. Before they got close to the woman she kicked both high heels off into the fountain and slipped her loafers on and ran off, giggling. Ellen's desire to get her heels back was now replaced with a desire to exact revenge on this woman. A sharp, penetrating thrill coursed through Ellen's veins as she imagined what she might do to those pretty little penny loafers!

Ellen's heels were floating in the water. One had flooded, and was floating with a little air in the toe. The other one was floating like a boat, hardly any water inside. But, as she watched that shoe floated under the vertical spout of water that continuously shot up from the center of the fountain and flooded before she could get to it. She had to hike up her skirt, slip over the wall and into the water and get her shoes. She didn't like soaking her tights, but she figured the revenge would be worth it.

She poured the water out of her shoes, climbed back over the wall and slipped them on. The woman was sitting on a bench watching them. Ellen walked over to Denise and started stepping one the toes of Denise's heels, scuffing them up. Then Ellen walked over to the woman and sat beside her on the bench, surprised she didn't run. She looked her straight in the eye and asked "Did you want to join us while we scuff up our shoes? We are making them look old and well worn so they'll match the newest fashion look. How about you, I think those penny loafers would look good scuffed up with a neat denim jumper?" A look of surprise flashed across the woman's face as she followed Ellen's eyes down to her shoes.

She said, "No, it looked like you two were having fun, and I wanted to play a little, but I don't want my shoes messed up, I just bought them." Ellen laughed as Denise sat on the other side of the woman. Ellen said "Oh, but if you want to play, you have to play by the rules. And we have our own rules." With this she bent down and grabbed the woman's left foot, lifted it up and over into her lap where she held the ankle firmly. She felt the silky trouser sock as she stroked her ankle and ran her fingers over the smooth calfskin of the loafer. The woman knew what was coming, she let out a small groan and gasped "No, please, your shoe was messed up already, please don't, pullleassse, no!"

Ellen giggled as she wrapped her fingers around the back of the loafer and slowly, teasingly, tormenting, sadistically, eased the shoe off a fraction of an inch. Her thrill coursed through her like a mighty river as she felt the warmth of the woman's foot, felt her foot constrict and flex tightly to keep the shoe on. But loafers weren't designed to resist being pulled off and the shoe slipped in agonizing slow motion to the woman's moans. In a minute Ellen had the loafer in one hand and the sock covered foot in the other hand. The woman let out a little squeal as the shoe broke free. Ellen dropped her foot and winked at Denise who took the hint. Denise stood up, grabbed the other foot, pulled the woman's leg out straight, and played with her foot for a minute. She pulled her pants leg up, stroked her sock, and then began caressing the shiny loafer like it was an item of beauty. The woman made several soft moans and Denise quickly yanked the loafer off.

Ellen said "Now we are playing by the rules. You seemed to like my shoes, see if you like them just as much wet!" and slipped her wet high heel loafer on the woman's foot. She slipped the penny loafer on her foot, kicked off the other high heel loafer, and caught the shoe Denise tossed to her. Slipping this loafer on she ran off leaving the woman sitting on the bench in her sock feet, mouth hanging open.

Ellen first headed to the fountain where she climbed in and waded around soaking the new calfskin loafers. Then she climbed out, sat on the wall and looked at the shoes as she started dragging their toes in the dirt, scraping the backs on the rock wall. The woman had gotten up, slipped on the high heel loafers, and was walking over to her. Ellen got up, headed to the rocks, and went through the same routing she and Denise had gone through earlier, leading down to the riverbank. The woman followed, along with Denise. The loafers were scuffed here and there and were thoroughly soaked. Ellen headed back to the swings and the woman groaned again. Denise caught up with Ellen and started stomping on the loafers, not hard enough to hurt Ellen's feet, but mashing and grinding down on the leather.

The woman walked up and Ellen invited her to join in. She timidly reached out and stepped lightly on Denise's high heel, lightly twisted her sole back and forth on the top of the shoe. Then she stepped to Ellen and started doing the same thing on her own penny loafers, grinding dirt and sand into the leather. Ellen reciprocated by scuffing her own high heel loafers the woman was wearing. The three of them started laughing and giggling at the fun.

Ellen kicked the penny loafers about 15 feet away. The woman kicked Ellen's shoes over the same area. Denise did the same. Ellen said "OK, on the count of three, one, two, three!" The three women ran to the shoes and each one tried to slip her shoes on as the others tried to prevent it by kicking and stepping on the shoe. Needless to say all three pairs of shoes were crushed, ground in the dirt and gravel, and got very scuffed and dirty in the melee. When they calmed down, Ellen suggested they all examine the shoes to see how successful they were.

All six shoes were very scuffed, scraped, and wrinkled. The leather was dirty, full of small cuts, the surfaces scraped down below the finish layer. The metal decorations on Ellen's high heel loafers were scratched. The decorative perforations running around the leather trim were filled with mud.

The woman introduced herself as Beth, and she told the others that she had fun once she realized her loafers were going to get roughed up no matter what. The penny slots were filled with mud and sand. Denise's Mary Jane wedge heel pumps were equally damaged. Several strips of leather covering the stacked heels was scraped off, some hanging loosely. A lot of the burgundy was worn off, the toes wrinkled. Even the straps were scraped from the rocks.

Denise looked at her trouser socks and noticed a lot of snags and runs in them. She mentioned this to the others and they all looked at their hose, finding the same thing had happened. They were so focused on their shoes they hadn't thought about their socks or tights.

Ellen whacked her high heel loafers together several times to loosen the mud and sand, slipped them on, and invited Beth to join her and Denise the next weekend. She said they were going to wear these shoes with their new outfits and explained to her what the latest fashion look was. Beth got excited, said she had a brand new charcoal grey twill jumper she thought would fit the look. She would wear it with gray ribbed tights, a knit top, and the loafers. They agreed to meet the next Saturday night with their new outfits and have dinner and visit a night club on the riverfront and see if anyone noticed their new look. Ellen said she would like to take turns wearing each other's shoes during the evening to see how the other shoes looked with her outfit. They all left the park looking forward to their next get-together. Ellen was wondering if she would be able to talk the others into a little night stroll down the river bank after dinner! She would like to see the three of them wearing wet shoes to that night club.
