This is actually the Gallahad/Vendora reroller (I think).
Click on the link below, save it as a text file, click on Import->Script (Ascii) and then browse to wherever you saved the text file.
Be sure to click on the Setup1 Button to choose the Minimum Acceptable Stats.
If you roll for a long while without getting a Winner, click on the ShowMax Button which will show you the maximum number it has seen for each stat (for example, Pixie strength maxxes at 14, so if you're waiting for an 18 STR Pixie, you will roll forever).
NOTE: Be sure to click on the ClearMax button when rolling for new chars.
