Expectations of Patients:
to be active participants in their care (e.g. be familiar with diagnoses and treatments)
to be on time for appointments
to bring no more than 2 problems to each appointment. This is so that each appointment will not be more than 10 mins and, therefore, no other patients will have to wait more than 30 mins past their appointment times. If necessary, patients may schedule another appointment to deal with problems that were not addressed in the allotted time.
