Angel Cookies
1  cup softened butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

In a bowl, cream butter and sugar.  Add the eggs and vanilla.  Mix until combined.  In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder together.  Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and beat until mixture forms a dough.  If easy to handle, roll out immediately; if sticky, wrap in plastic and chill for 2 hours or overnight.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Divid dough i half.  On a lightly floured surface, roll out half the dough into a 1/4 inch round.  Cut out angel shapes and arrange 1 inch apart on a lightly greased baking sheet.  Repeat for remaining dough.  Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden around edges.  Transfer to racks to cool.  Frost with confectioner's frosting. 2 dozen.
Confectioner's Frosting
1/3 Cup of softened butter
2 cups of confectioner's sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbl cream

Cream the butter and salt together, then beat in the sugar.  Stir in cream and beat well, adding more sugar or cream to get desired consistency.
Chocolate Peanut Butter COokies
1 cup peanut butter (chunky is best)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 cup flour

Heat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients.  Roll into small balls or use a cookie scoop.  Place 1 1/2 inches .
Apple Crisp
6 peeled apples
2 tbl water
1/2 c sugar
Topping:
4 tbl butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Slice and spread apples in a greased 8x8 baking pan.  Sprinkle apples with water and sugar.  Mix topping and spread over apples.  Baske at 350 for 45 minutes.

Apple Cake
1 yellow cake mi
1 (21 oz) apple pie filling
1 tbl flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tbl butter
1 c chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour 9x13 inch baking pan.  In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and apple pie filling.  POur into prepard pan.  Combine the brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, and walnuts.  Sprinkle over the top of the batter.  Bake in oven 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center of the cake is clean.  Cool
