| With the unexplained absence of The Chief at the last 6 HIBWAWs, there may have to be a Chief sighting contest. Perhaps documented proof of a Chief sighting would result in a discount at HIBWAW 13??? I am awaiting guidance from the Inner Circle on this issue.
