The purpose of the Spooky Poets Association is to increase the visibility on the internet of a small, but growing number of X-Files fan websites. The members of SPA are websites that feature original poetry and prose. Yahoo! and the majority of search engines have yet to create a sub-category for our genre. With this in mind, along with the numerous requests for additional information on other poetry websites that I recieve, SPA was created: To help X-Philes find easy access to remarkable fan websites.
These members are dedicated to more than simply the hijaked multimedia and promo photos that are so common-place on X-Files fan websites. Visit any of our members to see wonderful original writings dedicated to The X-Files. While the web hardly needs another pointless webring, it does need a place for Philes and newbies alike to easily access the rare websites of poetry and prose.
