Festival , Sabbat , Treguenda
Festival , sabbat  treguenda and  religious feast are different word which describe the same thing : a special day during the year which mark  a changement .There is 8 festivals which represent the wheel of year .The wheel of the years marks the changement of earth like the season .For exemple , the winter soltice which mark the  day of a short time of light. Each festival have a special meaning .Rare are the pagan who don't celebrate a festival , it's an important part of the belief. The first festival is halloween , yes I say the first because halloween mark the beginning of the year .For most pagan , the new year don't begin january first but october 31. This is a question of personal choice and depend of different facotr like the family.

In this section , you will find the name , the date and a description of the festival , the meaning and tradition related to it.I put it in order and it begin with the new year.Remember that theses festival are base of what our ancestor probably believe. They depend of nature to have food that's why the changement of season was important .To do a clebration and probably a ritual was important , it was a manner to say thanks to the gods for a good harvest  or to understand the changement of the season. In a few  pagan traditions , some festival were more important than other , that's what we call a greater sabbat , other are call lesser sabbat.
