International Order of Job's Daughters

Bethel 29 members are between the ages of 10 and 20 and meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00PM in Campbell River, BC.
Our Jobies-To-Be are ages 8 and older and are invited to attend our fun and fundraising events.
The International Order of Job's Daughters, IOJD, has a mission statement that reads:
The IOJD is a premier organization for young women that provides a wholesome environment based on the foundation of high morals, love of country, love of family and friends and respect for others throughout the world. It is a living organization dedicated to meeting the needs of young women today and their challenges of tomorrow. It is a quality organization that fosters a sense of pride in achievement for each and all members as they prepare to become the adult leaders of the future.

Dress Code

1 MEETINGS, VISITATIONS, PROMOTION ACTIVITIES, MAKING DONATIONS, CANVASSINGDresses or skirts and blouses (hemline no more that 3" above the knee)
2 TOURS AND TRAVELLINGDress pants, walking shorts, cords, coloured jeans, track suits (no blue jeans or cutoffs)
3 GARAGE SALES, CAR WASHES, PRACTICES, GAB SESSIONSJeans will be acceptable only if free from holes, writing, etc. (no bathing suits, halter tops, short shorts or tube tops --- no bare midriffs)
4 CATERING AND SERVINGDresses, dark skirts or dress pants and white or light blouses worn with flat shoes (no open-toed shoes
5 WHEN IN GOWNNo nail polish, not even clear. No jewellery except a watch, regulation Job's Daughters jewellery and merit pins for competition, Official visits or composite Bethel. Small studs or sleepers will be acceptable for our regular meetings. Undergarments should be white or ecru. No sports bras, as they show. A slip is a MUST to prevent gowns from clinging and white pantyhose or kneehighs are mandatory
