Owned by Charles Robinson Jr. This two-story home is equipped with ten bedrooms (all with a personal bathroom.) With a large living room, bar, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. Once past the spiraling staircase comes the private wings of the home, all with a bedroom, lounge, game room library, walk-in closet and dressing room. Sarah, Noah and Simone, Charlotte, Charles, Alexandra and Jacob all have their personal wings of the home (Ethan currently recedes in Jacob's private wing while Natasha shares a wing with Charles.) In the back yard is a large deck, pool and pool house.
Owned by Phyllis Slater-Miller and to the left of the Robinson home. The Slater Home also has two stories with a living room, dining room, breakfast nook, den, kitchen, library, and game room all on the first floor. The second story has the private wings of the home, Phyllis and Brad, Victoria, Nicholas and Anna all have private wings and Kip Davis is now using the other vacant wing. All of the private wings have a bedroom, lounge, dressing room and private bath. Outside in the backyard there is a bar, pool, and a pool house.

The University located near downtown Heaven Beach. Carly Cramer and Luke Campbell are professors at the college and Laurie Ruerup, Austin Philips-Robinson and Mia Brooks are students.
Eight-floor hospital established in 1958, Charlotte Robinson and her late husband are the founders of the hospital. April Moore and Noah Robinson are doctors while Sarah Robinson is on the board of directors. The hospital has overcome its bad spell of being understaffed and is now fully staffed and has provided a lot of the citizens with jobs.
Located in downtown Heaven Beach. The City Hall holds home to the mayor and district attorney offices. Elizabeth Harper, Jonathon Winters and Philip Wadsworth work in the district attorney office.
Next to City Hall, this is where Max Allred is the chief of police and Kate Weiss works as an inspector.
Across the street from City Hall this is where all the major cases are handled.
Owned by Phyllis Slater-Miller, which is located in downtown of Heaven Beach. It attracts mostly tourist and closes during the months of January through early May. It mostly sells clothes, beach equipment, and souvenirs.
