~~ Who Am I ~~ I am a recoverying addict and alcohlic named Andrea. I was born in San Francisco, California in November of 1956. My father is Mexican American and Aztec Indian, my birth mother was Italian and Welch. I later grew up in the streets of New York City around Artists, poets and musicians. I was very mature for my age and always drew closer to older people. I was a quiet child yet not shy, and very curious.  I drifted from my true path and got side tracked into a life of drugs and alcohol. My true nature is writer, singer, and poet.  My guiding spirits are the wolf, and eagle. I guess that is why I am very much a loner, and feel much more at peace in the quiet of my own space.  Although I do like to interact with a person every now and then.  Basically at the moment I am single, and live a celibate life.  My only companions are my God, my father, and step mother Mama Gin. I have a few friends on the internet that I correspond with. They are very dear to my heart.  I have chosen this life style as a way of becoming more intune with God Almighty and doing His work ... Reaching out across the miles in hopes of bringing someone some hope, faith, love, serenity and peace. Even though I am not able to give these, but perhaps inspire and move others with my works given to me by God, as I am His Tool.  I have chosen to be His Humble servent. I am no saint nor am I free from the bonage of sin, as I am still of the flesh, and therefore very prone to its weaknesses. Thus my state of celibacy, as one becomes more in tune with their spirtual sense when they deny themselves the pleasures of the flesh. I enjoy cooking, singing, looking at beautiful art, writing, horse back riding, and meeting new and beautiful people. I stand 5'2 and much over weight! LOL I have long spiral dark wavey hair, hazel/green eyes that smile, my manner is very friendly and outgoing, yet I also truly enjoy being alone, as that is my most productive time.  I dought very seriously that I will ever marry or mate again, as I am not an easy person to get along with, and truly need my own space and freedom to create.  However if God in His Infinite wisdom were to grace me with a truly Godly man, then perhaps I might concider marriage. Being 43 years of age and coming from my past, I have alot of baggage. I guess this is one of the main reasons I fear getting into a long term relationship, as none of the others I have been in worked out.  Oh well, who knows, an Angel may drop down on my doorstep one day ... LOL Wishful thinking! I love soft and relaxing music, but also listen to fast Lantin beats of Santana and Ricky Martin as well as Gloria Estefan. I also love Selena, and thus one of my role playing characters is named Lady^Selena, a very naughty Ventrue Vampire and Seductress. At times I chat on ICQ and my # is 61889197. Well basically that's who I am. I am currently out of work and trying to keep a roof over my head as I await my SSI disability.
