Bottom of this page has a short video of Master Bedroom and outside porch view.

-------------------------------------------------

View from living room looking into kitchen.  Has open floor plan, but she has a sofa there at the moment.  Refrigerator, stove, microwave above stove, dishwasher all included.  Fridge is about 6 months old.

Area between counter on left and island on right is wide enough for a wheelchair.  Dishwasher is the shiny black object below the hand on the left.

Table nook (far right corner) is fairly large… bigger than pic shows.  Small to medium table would fit nicely there.  Dad’s would be perfect size, even with leaf put in.  Behind short wall beyond the table is back door and master BR door.  Wider area than appears.

Better view of table area.  To the right of the table is small counter/cupboard.  To the right of that is the fridge.  The window looks toward the neighbor to the right.  Back door  and master bedroom door are just behind the short wall beside the table (to the left).

Washer and dryer included.  Can’t see from pic, but on closest right when you go in laundry room is NATURAL GAS furnace.  I looked at furnace… very clean.

View standing in Master BR doorway, looking toward back of trailer and master bath.  Closet on right, matching one on left (not visible in pic).  Garden doors on bathroom doorway, both swing open but she has a shoe rack currently blocking it, so I could only open a few inches.  It’s definitely wide enough for dad’s chair.

When you first go into master bath, stall shower on immediate right.  Slightly larger than standard stall shower and has hinged glass door.

Toilet is just “behind” shower, against back wall of trailer.  You can see it from both pics above and below.  May have to take short divider wall and cut it so it’s not so high, but I don’t think it would pose a problem getting dad on and off toilet.  It divides toilet area from sink area.  Would also be good place for “grab bar”.

To the left of the toilet are the double vanity sinks.  Don’t necessarily need double, but its nice.  No drawers, but plenty of lower cupboard space, and nice decorative shelf above sinks.  Large mirror above that… not visible in the photo.

When you enter the master bath, first thing you notice is large garden tub.  It is in the far left corner, and is HUGE!!  No shower there, but could easily put shower chair in and hook up a shower hose.  Edge of garden tub is about 6-inches from outside edge to inside tub. Entire floor has been redone in 8-inch ceramic tile.  Grouting is nicely done, and it looks VERY sturdy and WATERPROOF!    (You could have dad in his chair and spin him in circles in this bathroom and he wouldn’t hit anything!)

At the other end of the trailer is the smaller bath.  Jason, it’s about the size of your downstairs bathroom.  Not huge, but big enough.  Tub with shower.  Countertops and sinks match other bathroom.

This is the front bedroom.  It’s about the size of Jason and Danielle’s computer room.  Room has two closets.  Access to the hot water tank is inside closet on left.  Hot water tank is 3 years old.  Tank actually sits between the closets.  This room is closest to the road.

View of living room (standing in kitchen by the island).  Behind the open front door is the front bedroom and small bathroom.  Bathroom wall is backed up against the wall where the TV is sitting.

This is the view from inside the front door looking out.  Covered porch, but not enclosed.  Would be great in winter when getting dad in and out.  Steps on the left lead to the front and driveway.  Out of view are steps on right leading to back area and included 8x8 shed.  Cement pad walkway leading to shed.

Shed is 8x8.  (Hammock and bench are not staying).  Small fire pit behind trailer not visible.  They will cover it in if we don’t want it.  Porch is about 6x8.  Might have to make it larger, but til then, it is still okay for getting dad in and out.  Porch built level with doorway.

Couldn’t get good shot of front.  Cars parked in road and in driveway, but this is just decorative roof edge.  Trailer is a grayish color with white and black trim.  It looks as though it’s been kept up nicely.  These people have owned it for 8 years, and obviously taken pride in keeping it up nice.  Yard is nice too.  Front area has sprinkler system and small fountain that they are leaving also.  Perennials planted so would come back yearly.

Here is the video.  Hope it works for you.
