With the new status of skateboards as road vehicles, will they be subject to any of the requirements for other vehicles -- registration fees, licence plates, third-party insurance, warrants of fitness, parking fines, lifetime licences with IDs, breath testing?
And what about bicycles, tricycles on footpaths, pushchairs or prams? Are these untapped revenue sources for local authorities? We might get our sewers yet.
