Franchise Opportunities
Salubrity™ Seminars is a non-profit, non-denominational, non-sectarian, non-political community service providing lifestyle seminars with the sole purpose of developing life improvement and management skills in individuals and groups internationally.
We are looking for suitable persons to be able to facilitate seminars in their own geographical locality. You do not need to be an expert in the subject area as the complete seminar can be facilitated using the resources in the Franchise Product Kit. For example you may screen the presentation on video or you may choose to the more popular option: to use an audio CD and PowerPoint Presentation. Participants will have handouts and you need only act as a facilitator of the whole process. You are entitled to charge people to attend and also permitted to sell resources related to the topic at the seminar to gain extra revenue.
Franchise agreements are linked to a particular seminar. You may hold concurrent agreements for more than one seminar. A list of topics is found on our Home Page, however, not all seminars are available for franchise due to the nature of some of the material.
The seminar may be conducted as many times as desired and may also be run simultaneously in more than one location through the use of assistant facilitators. Additional copies of resources may be duplicated for this purpose (only). For example, a large organisation may purchase a single kit for simultaneous use in all of its branches.
For the payment of a one-off fee, we will provide a Franchise Product Kit that may include but is not limited to any or all of the following:
A DVD, video or audio presentation of the seminar
A set of overhead-projection transparencies and/or a PowerPoint presentation
A copy of the lecture notes
Templates for the production of posters and flyers
A copy of all handouts and/or supplementary resources
Templates for the production of participants' certificates
Additional resources and reference material as available
A free personalised website promoting the seminar that our staff will host for you at no extra charge
A moderated email server with a unique email address for seminar enquiries
Weblink banners and graphics
A reprint licence for and copies of saleable resources to accompany the seminar
And a Franchise Agreement.

We will give you permission to use the trading name Salubrity™ Seminars in your Designated Geographical Region.
The franchise period is for five years with an option to renew.
There is no external uniform "Selling Price". You will have the option to charge seminar participants any reasonable amount to recoup the costs of the Franchise Product, plus the cost of advertising, venue and travel expenses, refreshments if provided, and the provision of handouts, etc. This amount may also include a profit margin for the facilitator or others as the Franchisee sees fit. The Franchiser will not usually audit or challenge any fees charged to participants.

In your enquiry, tell us also your preferred geographical region (it can be as small or large as you think that you can realistically manage), and we will advise whether or not it is currently available, and also the amount of the one-off franchising fee for that particular seminar.
