Biography
Heidi has been sketching ever since she could remember but only started
painting in 1998 when she began painting in a mall near her home in
Edmonton, Alberta. Since then she has participated in the Cowboy Festival
and Poetry Gathering in Pincher Creek in 2000, and has had offers for
shows from across Alberta.
For the most part her work deals with the horses and wildlife she grew up with, only recently branching out into sketches and paintings involving human and mythological figures. She is currently working toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in New Media at the University of Lethbridge in hopes of persuing a career in computer animation.
