Streusel Cream Cheesecake
Quantity/Servings:    12
Ingredients:
For Batter:                                                 

1 cup Margarine
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon bakind powder

Cheese Filling Mixture:

2 packages (8 onz) Cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

STREUSEL TOPPING:  
1/4 sugar,  1/4 flour,  2 tablespoon margarine
Preparation:
For batter, cream margarine and sugar.  Add eggs and beat
well.  Add dry ingredients. Stir to combine.  Spread 2/3 of
batter into flat bottom of springform pan.  Blend cheese
filling ingredients.  Spread evenly over batter. 
Spread remaining batter on top.  Mix the streusel topping to
a coarse crumb texture.  Sprinkle the streusel on top.

Bake:    350 degrees  For 45 minutes
Comment:

Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.  Test with a fork
if it comes out clean is done.
Applesauce Raising Bread
Quantity/Servings:  8-10
Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup raisins
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional
Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix the applesauce, oil and sugar. Add the 
egg.  Mix well.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves 
and nutmeg. Add to the applesauce mixture. Mix well.
Fold in the raisins and nuts (optional).
Pour into a sprayed 8" x 4" loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.  
Cool on a rack for about 30 minutes and enjoy this delicious
  and moist bread with some hot TEA !  Now that's what I  
  call a special treat!!!!
Bake:    325 degrees
