The Rescue Rangers?! I met them in 1991 when the series were on TV in Russia. But the real fondness came in 1997. I found that my best friend resembled Dale (I mean character not an appearance :) and my personality was nearly like Chip's one (mainly most pragmatic and organized... :) I decided to draw... Flop! Once again... And again...
