- The property is advertised and marketed as a gated community, however the gates are constantly in disrepair and are left open.
- Due to the lack of leadership and the indifference of the current management, crime on the property is at an all time high.
- Unresponsive to the safety of its residents.
- Selectively enforces the Property's polices, depriving residents of a fair and equitable living environment.
- Discusses the private and personal information and habits of residents with the staff and other residents.
- Continually mishandles maintenance issues.
- Ignores Federal and State regulations.
- Unresponsive to a pervasive pest problems including, but not limited to termites.
- A lack of communication with the residents and an arrogant disregard for the concerns and complaints of the tenants.
- The management retaliates against residents that complain or otherwise protest to the aforementioned problems.
