PREREQUISITES Real Estate salesperson applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate. An insurance producer applicant must be a resident of New Jersey, or if a nonresident, have his or her principal place of business in New Jersey.

ACCREDITATION FRANK W. KOVATS, INC. is approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to conduct license preparation courses for real estate salesperson and broker, by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance for those seeking an insurance producer's license, and by the New Jersey Board of Real Estate Appraisers, for persons seeking to be licensed or certified as real estate appraisers.
IMMEDIATE CERTIFICATION Upon satisfactory completion of the course, you will be provided with a Certificate of Completion and an application for the state examination.
Continued Training To receive the necessary Certificate of Completion, you must acheive a passing grade on the examination given for your specific course. You are entitled to attend FREE any future classes for a period of 6 Months, ( 1 year for Insurance class ) after your initial enrollment, space permitting. This special benefit is at absolutely no cost to you!
