1) Your site has to be primarily CATS-related or it can be dedicated to an actor who is well known for being in CATS (like Jacob Brent, John Partridge, Michael Gruber or Julius Sermonia) so long as there is significant mention of their CATS career
2) Your site has to have 3 or less broken links (it's not fun to be running from site to site and then ramming your head into a site that's missing)
3) You can't have any adult content on your page. Jennyanydots and Skimbleshanks says that sort of thing isn't for kittens. (*Idios' Note* - Fanfiction is a simi-exception. I will accept sites that have R-rated fanfiction, as long as it is clearly marked as R-rated)
4) You need to have fan content of some sort on your page - that's why we call it the Underground. It can be fanart, fanfiction, or costumes (Idio likes cotumes).
If you meet all the requirements, then Idio and I'll check out your site. If we feel that it's all up to par for our Underground, then we'll let you know and you'll be part of our club!
