Jellicle Treasures
Hey! I'm Electra and I'm here to show you all the neat stuff that Idiosylph has found out there that relates to us Jellicles! There is a lot of stuff that we have, but we're still working on cataloging some of it, so it will be a while before everything is up. Just to let you know, some of the stuff on these pages will be photographs of CATS actors for you to see. PLEASE don't take them to use on your own page without asking first! Idiosylph had to buy them, and we'll have to put up with her complaining for days if she finds out that they were taken without permission. She'll let you use them if you ask, but make sure you do ask. Thanks!
Spiffy! Idiosylph found this on eBay and now has it on desplay on the wall in her den! Only problem is I'm not on it! The only queens you can make out are Demeter, Bombalurina, Cassandra, Victoria, Rumpelteazer, and I think Jellylorum. I'm never in pictures!
Idiosylph got two of these off of an auction on Amazon.com. They're an advertisement for Broadway, but they have pictures from one of the tours. On the inside there are some very good pictures. There's one of Demeter and Bombalurina, Tugger *squeal!* and his (American) fans, Lady Griddlebone and some of Growltiger's crew, Cassandra, Coricopat, Grizabella, the journey to the Heaviside Layer, and *shudder* Macavity. Pick one up if you can find one! It has a small discription of the Jellicle Ball in several languages (English, Japanese, Spanish and French)
Yes, it took her a while to bargan it away from Erickonil, but Idiosylph finally got herself a copy of the IV National US Tour Program. It's a little beat up from being lugged around forever, but she loves that thing. You would think it was a lock of Tugger's mane or something... Idio also has the Origional Broadway, Origional Hamburg, LA Tour, 1997, 2000 and 2001 London brochures.
Another Broadway thing! Aw well, it's still really cool to see what CATS fans do to keep the spirit of the show going where it's closed. Sunshcat put this together, and the inside has all sorts of wonderful photos of the last Broadway cast in candid shots, just kickin' back. Idiosylph threatened death to the Jellicle who actually used it as a calender.
