The ranch features two homes, two large shops, and various out buildings and corrals. The spacious main house is a three bedroom, two bath home with a landscaped yard and many extras.
We have an excellent irrigation system with the farm ground under four pivots and a small amount of wheel lines and gated pipe. Thorn Creek and the Big Wood River run through the ranch which gives access to live water and makes this a very nice livestock operation.
Gooding is a small, thriving community with our own hospital and airport facilities. The schools are modern and we also are home to the Idaho State School for the Deaf & Blind.
