New President

The inauguration of our new President Pat Brannigan
will take place on Monday 23rd June
after the Monday night competition.

Dee Mills Memorial Competition

Mr. Bill Mills, husband of the late Dee Mills is sponsoring an annual competition in her name.

This will take place on
Monday 23rd June
and will be a Scotch Foursomes.
Dee loved this type of competition so it is very fitting.
All members are invited to take part in this event. 
Draw will take place at 6.45p.m. and play will start at 7p.m.
Bill will be there to present the Perpetual Trophy.
Refreshments will be served after the game.

National Strokeplay Qualifier

Well done to our members who qualified for the National finals of the Strokeplay C/S at Castletown on Sunday 8th June.

Meath Juvenile Strokeplay Championships

Held on Saturday 7th June Bellewstown had three  of our juvenile members in the winners enclosure.
Well done to Rose Teeling who was runner up in the girls section and Jennifer Hoey was 3rd.
In the boys Darren Heeney won the Best 18 in the boys 8-12 section. 
Meath Strokeplay Championships

A very good day for the players from Bellewstown, despite the gusting high winds.
In the Ladies Senior C/S  Cathy Richardson was the winner after a 9 hole play off.
In the Ladies Junior Angela Cudden was the winner and
Vera Ball was the runner-up.
In the Inter Ladies Iris Cunningham was runner-up.
In the Gents Inter Martin Flood won the Best 18.
Well done to all our players who took part in the event.

A great result for the Bellewstown teams on the Meath Scramble over the weekend.
The Ladies team of Vera Ball, Mary Kennedy and Josie Greene won the 72nett.

In the Gents the team of Colm Hanley, Robert Black & Richard Brennan won the 72 nett.

In the Mixed Richard, Ethna & Andrew Bennett won the 72 nett.
The team of Cathy Richardson, Tom Costello & Tommy Arnold won the 36 gross at Laytown.

Well done to the Meath Juvenile team on winning the Nationals at Seapoint on
Saturday 18th August. 2007
