The Muslim Community Potential Resources Institute
The human resources always play the first role in realizing the strategy of Islam. Therefore the most important prerequisite for making a success of that strategy is to absorb, to find, to revive, to train, to develop and to organize the Muslim actual and potential human resources. It seems that the establishment of the Muslim Community Potential Resources Institute is a reasonable solution to our problems during the Imam Mahdi’s (A.S.) concealment and thereafter his appearance.
In today’s complex world, just surviving still less Islamicly living requires skillful personal and social (familial, organizational, local, regional, international and universal) management. Serving our Lord with the most of our potential, making the background favorable for the deliberate choice of the people between the divine and satanic systems and methods and finally participating in establishing the human worldwide family under the leadership of Imam Mahdi (A.S.) demand highly sensitive and well-developed personal, familial and social management skills in realizing our own potential and helping to realize that of others. Rounded development, including the ability to manage ourselves and others, is always a vital part of the Muslim’s toolkit. The Holy Qur’an states: “Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.”
ولتكن منكم امة يدعون إلى الخير و يأمرون بالمعروف و ينهون عن المنكر أولئك هم المفلحون (آل عمران - 104)
And effective personal and social management is essential, if we are to make the most of our life and our potential whether we are managing a large organization, our own life affairs, or bringing up a family.
The Institute was founded by Al-ostadh Shaikh Reza Shariati who belongs to a famous scientific and pious family. He is a Muslim well experienced international writer and missionary.
