Conversion Disorder is a fairly rare disorder.  In Short is the sub-concious part of the mind  taking control over physical functions of the body.  Conversion disorder produces symptoms like blindness paralysis and difficulty swallowing.  All of this without a physiological reason for the symptoms.  This is because the hysical symptoms are masking a deep psychological issue, like depression anziety disorder or some psychological trauma.  Within this web page you will find links to articles my own story of battling cconversion disorder and many other things.  So enjoy1
