Membership Fees for July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 are $2.50 a pay period for PT's and $4.00 a pay period for CED's.   Associate dues are $25.   1. If you were not on payroll deductions, write a personal check to IASCOE for  the amount due.  Send to:  Amy Allen 407 East Market St. Ste 106, Crawfordsville, IN  47933..  Please mention your county. 2. If you wish to start painless (for all of us) payroll deductions to IASCOE, send a memo to the admin section at the State Office stating your intention to have dues withholding  plus the amount to deduct each pay period, your SS#, and county. Please combine all county members dues in one mailing when possible and identify your county in all cases.
