| DIRECT SELLING - Personal Sales Buy and Sell - An independent distributor is entitled for up to 40% discount that would serve as profit margin for every products he/she sold. Example: Men Shoes SRP Discounts Profit PhP 2,000 40% Php800.00 The distributor buy the products at Php1,200 from the company then sell it at PhP2,000 to prospected buyer. Product Pack Sales - An independent distributor is entitled for Php300.00 profit for every product packs sold. LEVERAGE MARKETING - Group Sales Product Pack Sales (PPS) - Match Sales 1:1 Product Pack sales will be devided into two (2) groups : Left Sales Group and Right Sales Group. For every match sales the company will give PhP1,000.00 rebates. Example: Repeat Sales - Products in company catalog except product pack. Every repeat purchases a distributors earn points. |
