Esthar Directorate of Intelligence (C)
Estharian CIA. The DI is a clandestine organization under the command of Chairman Kiros Seagill. Its headquarters is located in a high-rise in Central Esthar City, and covered under the name Zabac, Ltd. The main post has 115 active agents, and there are hundreds more undercover agents worldwide. Tasked to the most dangerous missions are a select group of 11 men and women known as DI Special Agents, coded DI1-DI11. These elite superspies work independently most of the time, but occasionally team with fellow members for large-scale operations. The DI is a conglomerate of all of Esthar’s formerly separate intelligence agencies, and was formed four years before the beginning of the Second Sorceress War. If Hope Dies

Esthar’s elite soldiers, sent in to the toughest military situations. Think Navy SEALs, British SAS, etc. If Hope Dies
Esthar Strategic Missile Command (ESMiC) (C)
Esthar’s NORAD, responsible for tracking missile and rocket launches worldwide, this department falls under the command of the Esthar Air Force. Tracking is done using satellites orbiting the planet at over 10,000 miles. If Hope Dies
Esthar Scientific Development Programme (ESDP) (MG)
Government-funded for two centuries standing, ESDP has the most personnel of any non-military organization the world over. There are over twenty specific departments within the Programme, all called "branches"; the Isolation Maintenance/Foreign Relations Branch, the Sorceress Branch (headed by Dr. Odine), the Augmentative Biochemistry Branch, and the Spacefaring Branch have been the most active in recent years.
