Tommy: Big Uncle's first son's 100th Day being born David: Huh? 100th Day being born and he gets a Big massive part like this one in a ballroom? Zoe: traditionally chinese people always had a celebration on the 100th Birthday of their son. This is Uncle's first son so he will make a big deal about it. | David: Hey good Idea. Sis you could have given me the idea when Mum told us not to watch so much Tv! Alec: I think Uncle's going to invite a lot of his seniors in the police department to attend this David: To show off again? I couldn't get to sleep last night Zoe: That's because your useless (jokingly) David: Yeh right, the only reason you got to sleep was because you had been shopping all day Zoe: Well you.... Whilst everyone was eating David went to buy something else he really loved to eat. He loves to eat fish-balls every time he comes to Hong Kong. The fish-ball store was only opposite the restaurant building and so David decided to nip out to buy some as he had seen the store when they came in couldn't stop thinking about it. David: 2 sticks of fish-balls please Store keeper 1+2: Would you like hot sauce on it? David/Tifa: Yes please David and Tifa both looked to the side of them. Tifa is a girl from Brazil which has come to Hong Kong for a vacation. She also likes Hong Kong fish balls like David. Store keepers: here you are SK 1: I've not seen a pair of lovers talk that paired up coming to buy fish-balls for ages. SK2: here's an extra stick for you to share. SK1: Husband, remember when we first went on a date it was just like this. SK2: Yes, Of course I do David/Tifa: We're not lovers Tifa: I don't even know him SK 1: No need to be shy.. SK2: Wife, lets leave them to it David: Come on girlfriend lets go Tifa: Sure Honey..(jokingly) Round the corner they let go of the linking of the arms business. David: I haven't tasted lovely fish balls like this for ages Tifa: Yeh, Brazil doesn't have as nice fish-balls as this David: You're not from here either? Tifa: What born in Hk? Nope.. David: You said you came from Brazil? Tifa: Yes. Where do you come from? Your chinese doesn't sound local? I was born here but moved to Brazil a few years ago to stay with my parents there. But my Dad came back to see some of his old mates here David: I only know a bit of Spanish. I am still learning it at school. I came from England and I was born there. I came back to Hong Kong yesterday and didn't get to try any fish-balls as it was too late and so today when I saw this store here I quickly got out of the restaurant and ate here instead Tifa:You came with your family? David: Yes. Tifa: I am so jealous of you.. David: Jealous of me? Tifa: At least you have someone to be with.I'm on my own. I was ment to meet a good friend of mine tonight but he hasn't turned up and so I have to go to another boring party of my dad's again. *phone rings* David: I got to go now. My sister is calling me. Nice talking to you. Hey give you these as a little good luck present for tonight. Nice talking to you. Tifa: Hope to see you again someday. David goes back to the restaurant after giving the a whole stick of his favourite fish-balls to Tifa. |
