| A family are waiting for their relatives from England which has just arrived at Hong Kong's International airport after not being here for 5 years. Tommy, Alec and their Auntie have been waiting for them for ages in the airport as their plan had been delayed for a few hours. Tommy really missed his older cousin Zoe and is now starting to wonder if she is going to come or not. Alec is Zoe's older cousin and the last time they met was when Zoe was 11 and he was 12 years-old. Zoe is coming to Hong Kong for a few months and is planning on attending a school in Hong Kong so she won't have to catch up so much work when they finally go back to England. She has come with her mother , Amy, and her younger brother David. her father is working in England. He will be coming to Hk in short while after them as he is head chef of a major chinese restaurant he is having to wait for the boss to ind someone to take his place whilst he is away as they are running short of people in the restaurant. The reason that the whole family has to come back to HK so quickly is that Amy's mother, Zoe's grandma, has had a stroke and isn't doing very well |
| Amy which is very kind and caring towards her mother was very worried and so the whole family agreed to come back to HK not like her younger brother in England which is the total opposite. He on-the-other hand only wants his mother to die quickly and so he can recieve some of her money. He has even sent her older daughter Cathy to check on his mother's illness and so-called report back to him whilst he is in england 'working'. Actually he is just too busy with his numerous girlfriends in secret behind Cathy's mother. Auntie: Why are they taking so long? You think that they are having problems with their luggage? Alec: Maybe. Tommy is meanwhile looking very wierd and shuffling around with his legs crossed. Auntie: what's wrong with your brother? Alec: Mother, I'll go to the toilet with Tommy and get you something to drink. Auntie: Ok. Hurry though. they should be nearly here Tommy: I don't want to go. I need to wait for cousin Zoe Auntie: Tommy go to the toilets with your brother le. Zoe isn't here yet. You'll be really quick right? She won't go without you. Go on. Tommy: brother, hurry..(Pulling Alec to the toilets)...or elsewe won't get back in time. Alec takes his cute little brother to the toilet. Or should I say Tommy took Alec to the toilets. Auntie stood theere looking around to see if she could see any sight of her sister and her children. Amy: Sister? Auntie: Amy! How are you? Zoe David you been good? Where's your dad? I thought he was coming with you? Amy: He has something to do back at the restaurant and so he'll be coming back later. You came on your own? Auntie: No. Alec has taken Tommy to the toilets. Alec and tommy arrive back with their hands full with hamburgers ect. Once Tommy sees Zoe he runs up to her leaving Alec with all the food and gives his cousin a long loving hug. Zoe then lfted him up although she was very tired and didn't want to crouch down hugging this cousin of hers until she feel down asleep. They went on a changing airoplane, meaning they had to change airplanes half way on the journey at another country which made them very tired and bored of flying. Except David of course, as he has wanted to be a pilot since he was very young and by the looks it won't change for ages. They greeted each other politely. Alec kept uncontrollably staring at Zoe. Zoe noticing this smiled and said... Zoe: Alec, long time no see huh? Alec: Wow...you've grown so much nearly couldn't reconise you. Zoe: why become so ugly you can't reconise me? (jokingly) Alec: No...Actually Auntie: Come on. Late's go back to Kowloo. My husband is waiting for us there. Everyone else is busy working or busy today. Bis siter islooking after Mother today at the hospital. Too short a notice to sort out our date to come to the airport to meet you. Amy: Yeh...especially when it's moved so far out here instead in Kowloon. Auntie realized something wrong with Alec's stare towards Zoe and so quickly cut in the conversation At the restaurant everyone was already there when they arrived they greet each other and sit down. Uncle: We have already called for the food and it should be here now A waiter and a waitressvcomes in holding plates of food on their arms and hands and start laying out the table with food of all sorts of colours and instantly filled the room with lovely smells. Uncle: David, although you have got slimer then 5 years before I just couldn't resist calling this for you. It's your favourite noodles remember? David: thanks Uncle. you still remember? I won't let you down.. Uncle: Huh... David: I'll finish it all for you :-P Zoe: David becareful you don't 'large' again. I won't help you keep fit this time. David: Don't worry for me le, however good-looking I look and where ever I am there will always be girls on the look out for me. Unlike you. Sigh..I actually feel quite sorry for you. Looking like that... Zoe: On the look out for you? To kill you ma:-P. Your a disgrace to mankind Auntie: Yeh..David don't be horrible to your sister Auntie stuck on Zoe's side whilst trying to make them not shout at each other. But one thing she owuld get used to is that that is how Zoe and David get along. They don't actually mean any harm to each other. But there is no need to show their love for each other as they know deep inside that they would miss each other if one day one left the other. |
