Visit to the

Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom Amusement Park

Location: Louisville, Kentucky.

Date: 20th Sept 2000

This trip was organized through the efforts of John and Kay Eaves. We all had a whale of a time. Thanks a million John and Kay for making this trip possible.

John drove us up to Louisville in a video coach. It was long three hour drive. While John had the simple task of driving the vehicle for long hours without once straying off his lane, we had the arduous task of sitting in our seats and enjoying the movies that John played for us. Some people have all the luck ! :)

The Three Musti-khors pose before taking on the mighty "Chang". That's what that roller coaster is named. Don't ask me why... may be Fox Mulder would know.

Just before we went inside the Amusement park.

L to R: Kumar Gaurav (i, me, myself), Saurabh Kumar, Rohit, Macy, John Eaves,John's son (oops... forgot his name.. darn i must really do something about this memory...sorry John !)

The force certainly was with us. And it's called Gravity. The first and the steeeepest drop that "Chang" threw at us.

We hurtled down at a speed greater than 70 miles per hour. Ever wondered why Chang never got caught for speeding?

The first flip on Chang. The beast tried hard, but we wouldn't budge. Like adept rodeos, we hung on.... because we knew that we shall tame the beast.

Things went dupside own, and backward went stuff, but clung on we. Yoda was with us or atleast we felt closer to him.

Mother of all High dives, the Mile High Falls plunges the hapless mortals (in this case Saurabh, Rohit and I, and a buch of other wretches) into a big reservoir of water. The splash generated would have been enough do douse a jungle fire.

Remeber the scene where the Batplane shoots across the moon? Well, we shoot across the Sun !

Where is King Tut? I guess he fell off !
