Overview:
----In 3066, Cysco Industries began production on their fourth BattleMech for the Lyran Free Union on the inhospitable world of Cyrus III. Designers wanted a fire support mech to the Storm Hawk and Mahnhammer at either long or short distances. Jetstar jumpjets that can propell the Spector 150m at a time were installed, giving this heavy mech the ability to get in and out of tight situations as needed. Four Harpoon SRM racks and two LongFire LRM racks were utilized, giving it the ability to pick apart its opponent.
Capabilities:
----The LFU1 is a fire support/spotter BattleMech. It utilizes a pair each of SRM 2s and 4s and a pair of ER Medium Lasers as its primary close range firepower. Also for long range attacks, a pair of LRM 5s are utilized. Five jump jets and a C3 module allow it to close in on its ememies and provide target acquistition or to sit back and bombard with its LRMs.

Battle History:
----In test runs, it has seen positive results, being able to close in on its opponents and setting up targeting locks. With its brothers bearing their main guns on the enemy, it could tear into the enemy's armor with salvo after salvo of missiles.
