Overview:
----In 3066, Cysco Industries began production on their second BattleMech for the Lyran Free Union, a prototype, on the inhospitable world of Cyrus III. Again using the Warhammer frame as a starting point, Cysco started on the BattleMech as requested by General Markus Mahnheim.

----In 3068, the Mahnhammer was modified to incorporte Clan technology. A rumor has surfaced about this Clan technology, that the LFU received this technology from Clan Jade Falcon as payment for incursions conducted on Clan Jade Falcons other neighbors. The official statement from the LFU remains that this technology was obtained from salvage from battles with their Clan neighbors.
Capabilities:
----The LFU1 is a personalized command BattleMech. It utilizes a pair of Clan ATM-6 and Large Pulse Lasers than can be utilized at any range. The addition of the C3 module allows this mech to work in lances and companies with other C3-equipped mechs as a spotter or fire-support. Additionally, it mounts a standard Large Laser and a pair of ER Small Lasers as back up weapons.
Battle History:
----In one on one test runs, it has seen positive results, being able to harrass opponents with ER ATM ammo and Large Pulse Lasers and then crippling them as they try to close in, with HE ATM ammo.

----In multi-mech test runs, the C3 network was invaluable as it was used as a spotter while bearing its high yield ATM ammo and lasers on the enemy. The other C3 mechs could then use their long range weapons in support of the Mahnhammer.
