The cattery, one of our most prized hobbys, is in our home. At any given time, we have two to four Bengals (alters and queens), and two
Boston Terriers that allow"us" the humans to share living space.
Alas, boys will be boys, therefore the studs do not have the luxuary of roaming freely in our home. Their individual quarters; referred to as the bachelor pads, condominims and "honeymoon suites", are now in what once was our enclosed stables. This gives them plenty of running space in the enclosed 32'x60' area, their individual quarters are set within the 3/4 enclosed 12'x12' box stalls, which protects from harsh weather, yet enables plenty of fresh air and sunshine . The exterior of the cattery is well fenced, allowing the boys their individual time out to play, and us peace of mind that they won't be off visiting the neighborhood cats.
In our breeding program, emphasis is placed on good health, stable temperment, intelligence as well as the "typey" look of the Bengal cat.
We strive for the"look" of the exotic "big cats" on a medium sized house cat, with an awesome purrsonality, known as the Bengal Cat. |
