Huna for Life
Spiritual/Physical/Mental/
Emotional healing
It is said "the truth shall set you free." The truth is "everything is love."  All that is required is a shift in your perception concerning love. Are you willing to be open to the possibility that everything, every unresolved experience, every truama was and is simply a form of love? Are you ready to step out of your comfort zone and be truly free?

There are only three things needed to heal dis-ease and spiritual stagnation and get you moving forward in a positive manner. They are:
Desire, Willingness and Devine Love. Your desire unlocks the door, your willingness opens it and allows Divine Love to flow through you.

"Of course it was not I who cured. It was the power from the outer world, and the visions and ceremonies had only made me like a hole through which the power would come to the two-leggeds. If I thought that I was doing it myself, the hole would close up and no power would come through it." ---Black Elk, Oglala Sioux Medicine Man

Embracing dis-ease, shifting to a new paradigm
by Kahuna Lynn Allan Kelly

Think about how dis-ease is dealt with in the United States. The vast majority of Medical professionals continue to treat the symptoms of dis-ease rather than the cause, yes? What most of us haven't given thought to is the idea that almost everyone involved in the health care field, including many of those involved in so-called alternative methods, see dis-ease as an enemy, that illness is a battle and the battlefield is the body. How often have you heard the terms fight, fighting and battling used by patients and doctors, as well as the news media, when describing a person's illness? To be fair, that mind-set isn't limited to the Western Mind, you'll also find it present in some eastern healing methods as well. Even so-called New Age speak often sets up the opportunity for conflict between the conscious and subconscious minds with its insistence that you use "I am" statements as in "I am healthy" when your reality is that you are not.

This mind-set, which sees dis-ease as an enemy, comes from the old paradigm of "good verses evil," within which dis-ease has been labeled "evil" and must therefore be "fought" against. It's the paradigm of "competition," within which "cooperation" is used as a means to "beat" others. It's a paradigm based on "fear," within which "Love" is misunderstood. There is an alternative to this old paradigm.

My experiences are showing me that we can each choose a new paradigm. All that is required is a perceptual shift from a consciousness based on fear to one based on "Divine Love." In other words, within this new paradigm is the realization that "everything" is a form of Love. When we are able to understand that, we are able to see "dis-ease" (Cancer, HIV, MS, Fibromyalgia, PMS, etc.) in a "new light" which allows us to appreciate dis-ease for what it really is, a messenger sent to get our conscious attention and help.

We human beings grow mentally and spiritually through experience. Any experience that is handled in a positive way (resulting in feelings of well-being) is considered to be "resolved", complete, the lesson learned, etc. and it is released allowing us to move to a new place on the upward spiral of life. Any experience that is handled in a negative way (resulting in feelings of hurt, guilty, sad, bad, angry, unforgiven, unworthy, unloved, etc.) is considered "unresolved," incomplete, etc. and is stored somewhere in our body tissues. This unresolved "stuff" is what causes us to repeat the same unpleasant experience, over and over again, continually giving us the opportunity to grow through it. This pattern continues until we make a conscious choice to handle it in a positive way. Each time we refuse to do that, we add more unresolved energy to the original experience. This energy builds up and eventually manifests itself into a "physical dis-ease" which may become life-threatening and even life-ending.

When we fully embrace dis-ease there is nothing to fight since it has now become an ally, even a friend. A friend with the message that we need to be "consciously present" in our lives. As we bring love to it, its vibratory frequency begins to change from one that is life-diminishing to one that is life-enhancing. Since there is no longer a conflict, all our resources, all our energy can now be consciously directed to the "real cause of the dis-ease which is an unresolved experience our subconscious mind has stored away somewhere in our physical body."
